Mission

“Train the undergraduates into developing a dynamic, creative and critical mind and developing in students, qualities for responsible leadership in areas of liberal arts such as media, sociology/anthropology, English studies, community development and other social science subjects. “

With our value proposition to provide rich opportunities to explore our cultural, intellectual and natural worlds, our students learn to think rationally, critically, clearly, correctly, persuasively and to gather and interpret data, and to engage the arguments of others with understanding and respect.  We as an educational institution believe that these skills and intellectual attributes form the foundation for a lifetime of learning.

KPKC BA program focuses on areas to initiate and impart the four skills, or four C’s, namely Critical Thinking, Communication , Creativity , and Citizenship to provide the institution for learning, as an individual, as a professional, and as a citizen.

We believe that an institution’s reputation and intellectual freedom depend on its uncompromising dedication to the ideal of academic integrity.  KPKC is committed to instill and uphold integrity as a core value and is dedicated to maintaining an honest academic environment that ensures student growth and learning. KPKC also takes an institutional pride in its strengths of imparting strong dedication to students and their learning, and seeks to build on our strength of utilizing creative approaches to teaching and learning by expanding our use of educational designs that promote active, experiential, collaborative, and inter-disciplinary learning.

KPKC also believes that learning is a collaborative process where open interaction is the norm and hence seeks to offer quality program that maintains intellectual growth of students. The college also makes an attempt to incorporate Arts (Social Science) education with career preparation in a conducive environment.
